Katey Rusch is a Medill junior, focusing in broadcast journalism with a double major in religion. Katey took her first peek at the professional journalism world as an intern at WJFW- Channel 12, the NBC affiliate in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. She continued her journalism career as a morning news intern at WISN- Channel 12, the ABC affiliate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This past semester she studied language, photography and history  at the Univeristy of Sevilla while living in southern Spain. Katey is from Butternut, Wisconsin, a small town in the Chequamengon-Nicolet National Forest.
