Dayna Dion

Dayna Dion is a Master of Science candidate at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, focusing on long–form narrative writing and multimedia storytelling.

She covered the public health beat for the Medill News Service, writing stories on issues ranging from low health literacy in America to the decline of mental health care in Illinois.

Her stories have been published in Get Healthy magazine and The Times of Northwest Indiana, and picked up by several health-related organizations, including the Institute for Women’s Policy Research and the National Library of Medicine.
