Haley Westbrook is a Broadcast Journalism graduate student in the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. She is covering youth and politics and is originally from Jackson, Mississippi. Haley attended the University of Georgia where she majored in Broadcast News. During her undergrad, she was an anchor and reporter for NewSource 15, the only local news station in Athens, Georgia. She also hosted Georgia Gameday, UGA's weekly football show. Haley has interned at CNN in Atlanta, News 8 in Austin, Texas, and WLBT in Jackson, Mississippi.
