Julia Dilday is the health reporter for the Medill News Service and a fourth quarter broadcast journalism graduate student. She hails from Long Beach, Calif., and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in English in 2007.

Dilday covered public health for Medill Reports: Chicago and also reported for the Northwestern News Network.  She had her first taste of TV news during an internship at CBS5 in San Francisco and can't wait to kick off a career as a television reporter.
