Dozens of local designers showcased their product lines Wednesday afternoon at the Chicago Cultural Center for the annual "Glitter: A Holiday Shopping Event."  With a meek turnout, most designers and boutique owners admit to struggling through the challenging economy.  They remain hopeful that the sacrifices will pay off.
