For hotels, stranded travelers a good problem

With hundreds of flights canceled and limited flight operations at the city's two major airports, the blizzard has left many passengers stranded. While the delay translates to frustration for most of the people at O'Hare International Airport, it means big business for the Hilton, the only hotel connected to O'Hare. The challenge: Providing guests who don't want to be there exceptional service.
