SPRINGFIELD -- Hundreds flooded the Capitol rotunda Thursday to lobby for reform and oppose proposed  budget cuts to immigrant services. Chicago-area activists traveled to Springfield to confront legislators head-on and ask them to vote against the budget cuts and other immigration laws harmful they oppose. Some legislators addressed the crowd vowing their support.
