Anthony Green (of Circa Survive) and Jeremy Bolm (of Touché Amoré) light up The Vic Theatre stage on Oct. 20 during the Chicago leg of their tour.

Anthony Green and Brendan Ekstrom of the Pennsylvania band Circa Survive (new album - "Violent Waves") and Jeremy Bolm of Los Angeles' own Touché Amoré say touring can hit your health with anything from hearing loss to exhaustion. They give advice to up-and-comers looking to hit the road during a break between sets at their Oct. 20 show at The Vic Theatre in Lakeview.
