When President Barack Obama stands before Congress Tuesday during the State of the Union Address he is expected to mention immigration reform. Many hope that the address will include details of a path to citizenship. Jose Quintero was the first in Illinois to receive a two-year deportation deferment with the immigrant Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. This video is a look into the life of one immigrant that was given the opportunity to live the American Dream.
