Lent has begun and the more than 2 million Catholics in the Chicagoland area are faced with a new challenge -- abstaining from meat on Fridays. Megan Hickey shows how restaurants are catering to the needs of their Catholic patrons (even the ardent carnivores) in a season that affects seafood restaurants like no other.
