Commuters say CTA cameras won't stop the crime

Almost a year ago, the CTA installed 1,500 high-resolution security cameras worth $26 million (bringing to total to 3,600 throughout the system). But how much has that installation helped the city in reducing the crime rate?  According to a Chicago Sun-Times analysis, crime actually rose to 21 percent after the installation. Tammy Chase, CTA, director of communications, talks to us about the current crime rate the city is dealing with and what are some of the next steps that the administration plans to take to increase safety and security for the CTA commuters.
