With St. Patrick's Day just a jig around the corner, Chicagoans can be sure of two things. The Chicago River will turn green and many partygoers will be celebrating with a lot of drinking. Researchers warn about the dangers of what they call "event-specific drinking" and note that tolerance has much less to do with physiology and more to do with the environment.
