Protestors demand that the mayor reopen Chicago's six shuttered mental health clinics.
Rally at City Hall fights to reopen mental health clinics

Mental Health Movement advocates rallied at City Hall Tuesday to demand that Mayor Rahm Emanuel reopen six mental health clinics closed a year ago. They linked the fewer number of clinics to destroyed lives, suicides and prison terms.
