Chicagoans battle subzero temperatures

Temperatures in Chicago dropped below zero for the first time on Tuesday, said the National Weather Service. An artic air mass sweeping the Midwest brought temperatures to -1 degree Farenheit, and Chicago residents bundled up to brave the cold.
