WASHINGTON -- With Election Day just a week away, the campaigns of Barack Obama and John McCain are shifting staffers and volunteers to "get out the vote" efforts in key states. One group going door-to-door in the swing state of Virginia is DC for Obama. Increasingly, grassroots workers, and Democrats at large, like their chances in the traditionally solid red state of Virginia.
