Jobs and immigration among top concerns for African-Americans

WASHINGTON - The African-American vote will determine the winner of this Saturday's primary in South Carolina, according to most analysts.

Experts say Iraq, health care, jobs and the economy are the issues that matter most in black communities.  And immigration is an emerging concern.
