WASHINGTON - Likely voters in this year’s presidential elections rate health insurance a top priority in national polls, yet only the Democratic candidates are talking about health care plans for everyone. Everyone, that is, except the undocumented immigrants in the country. Some immigration experts say undocumented immigrants cost more than they contribute. But some health and government representatives disagree.
