Chicago’s Polish community celebrated Paczki Day on February 8 with Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner at the Polish American Association’s (PAA) Southside office. PAA board members and guests indulged in Paczki donuts for Fat Thursday, which is known as Paczki Day by the Polish community. Chicagoans can support the Polish immigrant community by purchasing Paczkis from Oak Mill Bakery on February 8 and 13.
