From jambalaya to shrimp and grits, these well-known dishes are often paired with the words \u201cCajun\u201d and \u201cCreole\u201d on restaurant menus.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>But what does \u201cCajun\u201d and \u201cCreole\u201d actually mean? And what is the difference in food?
