Even with equipment improvements for their safety, the female players face health risks, not only the men.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not going to say they\u2019re prone to injury more because I don\u2019t think the impact that they\u2019re getting (is comparable),\u201d said former NFL player Ken Rogers, who works out the Force players.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<iframe title=\"Chicago Force Women&#039;s Tackle Football Team\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/148415237?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Concussions are common in the NFL and can have long-term effects, such as chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
