Loyola University Chicago\u2019s educator produced podcast to offer advice of leadership skills. (Yunfei Zhao \/ MEDILL; Podcast recording footage provided by Jill Geisler)<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hear from people who are newly promoted, who would like to be promoted, or have been in leadership for some time but never had the benefit of training,\u201d said Jill Geisler, producer of <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/how-can-this-podcast-help\/id1074047215?i=362870706&amp;mt=2\">\u201cQ&amp;A: Leadership and Integrity in the Digital Age\u201d<\/a> and an ethics professor at Loyola.<\/p>\n<p>The podcast includes five-minute short clips that answer questions such as \u201cshould managers be Facebook friends with staff?\u201d or \u201cShould leaders ever lie?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Geisler said she uses social media tools to engage her audience, which enables her to receive up to half of her comments from abroad, such as India and Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Seth Liss, former editor at the Poynter Institute, said he&#8217;s unsure how accessible practical communications tips are in general but knows &#8220;Jill\u2019s are easily accessible.
