Asian Americans were not among Donald Trump\u2019s majority in Tuesday\u2019s election. About\u00a0<\/span>three quarters of Asian American voters backed Hillary Clinton, according to the<\/span>\u00a0National Asian American Election Eve Poll<\/span><\/a> released by America’s Voice<\/span>\u00a0the day after <\/span>the election.\u00a0<\/span>Trump got only 19 percent of the Asian votes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Still, the Chinese American community had its vocal supporters who, along with more than\u00a0<\/span>59 million fellow Americans, voted for Donald Trump to be the 45<\/span>th<\/span> president of\u00a0<\/span>the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

A leader for the Chinese Americans for Trump movement estimates that they called on 8,000 volunteers to get the job done this election.<\/p>\n
