The lowest voter turnout was in the 30th Ward, at 18.1 percent, where the alderman was running uncontested.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/fusiontables\/embedviz?q=select+col2%3E%3E1+from+1qPBj1p1PsOjsw5FfGPCb-5x90XvDWAmRE7x8Nwc9&amp;viz=MAP&amp;h=false&amp;lat=41.83714532399138&amp;lng=-87.53574288476563&amp;t=1&amp;z=9&amp;l=col2%3E%3E1&amp;y=2&amp;tmplt=2&amp;hml=KML\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"no\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While Mayor Rahm Emanuel won a greater majority votes the North East and South sides of Chicago, he feel short of the 50 percent threshold necessary for victory in 26 wards. Jesus &#8220;Chuy&#8221; Garcia garnered more than 50 percent support in eight North West and South West side wards. <\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"500\" height=\"300\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/fusiontables\/embedviz?q=select+col2%3E%3E0+from+1G5s31zyzX4wzLGo9NmhXWpyLlglNIx7DkRfQkDzY&amp;viz=MAP&amp;h=false&amp;lat=41.79695237601693&amp;lng=-87.4190131484375&amp;t=1&amp;z=10&amp;l=col2%3E%3E0&amp;y=2&amp;tmplt=2&amp;hml=KML\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Tuesday&#8217;s election led to several unknowns. Along with incumbent Mayor Rahm Emanuel&#8217;s race with Jesus &#8220;Chuy&#8221; Garcia, 20 aldermanic races will head to a runoff in April.
