According to the Chicago Loop Alliance, an organization that helps maintain the loop, foot traffic has dropped about 80% compared to this time last year. The group&#8217;s CEO Michael Edwards says, \u201cPeople are going to expect downtown to be clean safe and healthy and we\u2019ll do everything we can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Chicago Loop: Adjusting to a Pandemic\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/411013044?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nDepending on the latest number of positive cases, the state&#8217;s stay-at-home order could be extended. On Wednesday, April 22nd Gov.
