Cutting calories requires some research, says experts

Warm weather is right around the corner and now that it looks as though we may have a normal summer with the COVID-19 vaccine being distributed people are trying to rapidly lose weight in preparation. Many hear that they should cut their calories but not everyone knows what that means, Kayla McDermott is here to help break it down for you.
