Utilities have become more essential than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic. People are spending more time at home and need more electricity, gas and water. However, paying for utilities can be a struggle, especially for those who have lost jobs due to the pandemic. Hear from community members and organization leaders across Illinois who have formed a coalition to fight against utility shutoffs.
