In this season’s first episode of “Chicago This Week,” reporters cover new efforts to make riding the CTA safer for women. They speak with someone who has experienced conversion therapy, and he shares his thoughts on a recent Supreme Court ruling. They also catch up with University of Illinois players as they reflect on their historic season.

“Chicago This Week” is an hourlong show featuring news, sports, business and entertainment stories from around Chicago. All the producing, reporting, writing, shooting and editing are done by Medill graduate students. “Chicago This Week” airs on CAN-TV, Ch. 21, at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Fridays and 7 p.m. Sundays.
