Individuals stay home during Chicago’s deep freeze

Cars, streets and homes are unrecognizable after Chicago receives more than 40 inches of snowfall from a recent Deep Freeze.

Snow shoes, shovels and snowblowers are put to use as Chicago sees one of the longest cold snaps in history. Staying indoors and staying safe are top priorities when more than 40 inches of snow sticks to the ground. Chicagoans share that working from home should be the only option on days like this.
