In the midst of racial turmoil between different religious groups in the Middle East and numerous reported police brutality cases against minority groups in the U.S., local groups are getting together to make a difference. The groups featured in this edition of Medill Newsmakers are finding solutions through dialogues about race and are using forms of education to better understand each others’ struggles and racial identities.
