In the fourth episode of “Chicago This Week,” we speak to a journalist who was steps away from the president when shots were fired at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner. Plus, we take a road trip to show you a weekend getaway just hours from the city. Also, a one-on-one conversation with the fastest female 100-meter sprinter in the state.

“Chicago This Week” is an hourlong show featuring news, sports, business and entertainment stories from around Chicago. All the producing, reporting, writing, shooting and editing are done by Medill graduate students. “Chicago This Week” airs on CAN-TV, Ch. 21, at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Fridays and 7 p.m. Sundays.
